BEARING TESTING MACHINE WITH MESSUNG'S NX-ERA XPRESS PLC SERIES & SERVO SYSTEM

The bearing is tested for its endurance under a particular load. The load is generated using a Hydraulic system. The deformation of the bearing at the specified load is calculated or measured. Some constituents of the testing apparatus are: ⮚       Load Cell – to measure the compression ⮚       Transducer – to calculate the deformation ⮚       Hydraulic system – to generate the desired load   APPLICATIONS WHERE BEARING TESTING MACHINE IS USED : ENGINE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY This system is majorly used in the engine equipment manufacturing industry. The bearings are tested for their reliability and durability. THE CUSTOMER: Our customer specializes in the Special Purpose Machines manufacturing of Standard & Customized Measuring equipment. This equipment is designed as per Industry Standards. Integrated with the latest technologies, this equipment provides reliable...

SALT SPRAY CORROSION TEST CHAMBER WITH MESSUNG'S NX-ERA XPRESS PLC SERIES

Image
The salt spray (or salt fog) test is a standardized and frequently used  corrosion  test method, used to check the corrosion resistance of materials and surface  coatings . Usually, the materials to be tested are metallic and finished with a surface coating that is intended to provide a degree of  corrosion  protection to the underlying metal. Salt spray testing is an accelerated corrosion test that produces a corrosive attack on coated samples in order to evaluate the suitability of the coating for use as a protective finish. The appearance of products of corrosion ( rust  or other oxides) is evaluated after a predetermined period of time. The testing apparatus is composed of a closed testing chamber, where a salt water (5% NaCl) solution is atomized by the means of a spray nozzle that uses pressurized air. This creates a  corrosive  environment of a dense fog of salt water in the chamber so that test samples expose...

SEWAGE TREATMENTPLANTS WITH MESSUNG'S NX-ERA XPRESS SERIES

Sewage is the waste generated from residential, institutional, commerc ial and industrial establishments. Due to the hazardous impacts of municipal, industrial and hospital wastewater on water, soil, air and agricultural products, wastewater treatment and the proper disposal of the sludge produced are indispensable from an environmental safety point of view. Moreover, due to the global water shortage crisis, water from wastewater treatment needs to be reused increasingly in the near future. Reuse of sewage is the most sustainable and long-term solution to the problem of water scarcity. Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) treat the sewage and waste water to produce a cleaner, more environmentally friendly effluent that is safe for disposal, gardening/agricultural use or domestic use in toilets, etc. Physical, chemical, and biological processes are used to remove contaminants and produce treated wastewater (or treated effluent) that is safer for discharge into the environment or fo...
